Privacy Policy

Effective August 20, 2026

1. Information we collect

ReviewTended may collect business contact information, business profile information, website and public review-page information, onboarding preferences, brand-voice instructions, support communications, and service activity. When a client connects a Google Business Profile or another platform, authorization and integration information may be processed through the connected service provider. We do not ask clients to send us their Google passwords.

2. Public review information

The service processes review content, reviewer display names, star ratings, response status, and related information made available through connected review platforms. This information is used to provide monitoring, response management, escalation, analysis, and reporting.

3. Payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. ReviewTended does not need to store full payment-card details on its own systems. Stripe's own privacy and security practices apply to payment processing.

4. How we use information

We use information to provide and improve the service, authenticate authorized integrations, prepare and publish authorized review responses, communicate with clients, generate reports, prevent abuse, secure accounts, process billing, and comply with law.

5. Service providers

We may use service providers including GrowthHub365/HighLevel for reputation-management operations, Google for Business Profile connectivity, Stripe for payments, Cloudflare for website infrastructure, and email or productivity providers for communications and internal operations. These providers process information according to their own terms and our configuration of their services.

6. Sharing

We do not sell client conversation or business-operation data to advertisers. We may share information with service providers as necessary to deliver the service, with professional advisers when necessary, in connection with a business transaction, or when required by law.

7. Security

We use commercially reasonable administrative and technical safeguards and prefer OAuth or other supported authorization methods instead of collecting platform passwords. No system can be guaranteed completely secure.

8. Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, maintain business and legal records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. Connected-platform access can be revoked through the relevant platform or integration.

9. Client responsibilities

Clients should not send unnecessary sensitive personal information, passwords, medical information, financial account credentials, or other private customer data through review-management instructions. Sensitive issues should be escalated through an appropriate private channel.

10. Requests and questions

Business clients may contact us to request reasonable access, correction, or deletion of information under our control, subject to legal and operational retention requirements. Contact hello@westlingos.com.

11. Changes

We may update this Privacy Policy as the service, providers, or legal requirements change. The current version will be posted here.
