ReviewTended
Managed Reputation Services Agreement

Terms of Service

Effective August 20, 2026

Business-to-business service. ReviewTended is intended for businesses and authorized business representatives. By subscribing, you represent that you have authority to bind the business receiving the services.

1. Provider and services

ReviewTended is a managed reputation service operated by WestlingOS ("ReviewTended," "we," "us," or "Provider"). Services may include review monitoring, AI-assisted and human-supervised response drafting, authorized publication of review responses, escalation of sensitive reviews, competitor observations, review-derived content ideas, and periodic reporting. The exact service features may change as platforms and tools change.

2. AI-assisted services

You understand that ReviewTended uses artificial intelligence and automation to help research, classify, draft, organize, and, when authorized, publish review responses. AI-generated content can be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate. We use operating rules and escalation controls to reduce this risk, but no automated system is error-free.

3. Client authorization and access

You represent that you own or are authorized to manage each Google Business Profile or other account connected to the service. You authorize ReviewTended and its service providers to access the connected profile and perform the services you select. We will not ask you to provide your Google password. Access should be granted through supported authorization or integration methods.

4. Approval modes and publishing authority

During onboarding you may select an approval mode. In approval-first mode, designated responses are held for review before publication. If you enable an automatic or delegated publishing mode, you expressly authorize ReviewTended to publish eligible responses without individual prior approval when they fall within the rules and settings agreed for your account. You may request a change to approval mode at any time, but changes apply prospectively.

5. Sensitive and negative reviews

ReviewTended may hold, decline to publish, or escalate reviews involving legal allegations, injury, discrimination, fraud, threats, privacy concerns, regulators, media inquiries, chargebacks, or other high-risk topics. We may require client approval before responding to any review when facts are uncertain or risk is elevated.

6. Client responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate business information, approved contact information, brand instructions, and factual corrections when requested. You must promptly tell us if a proposed response contains a factual error or if circumstances create legal, safety, privacy, or customer-service concerns. We may rely on information supplied by you unless it is obviously unreliable.

7. Honest-review compliance

ReviewTended does not create fake reviews, impersonate customers, condition incentives on positive sentiment, make groundless threats to suppress reviews, or promise removal of legitimate criticism. You agree not to instruct us to do so. We may refuse or terminate work that we reasonably believe would violate platform rules or applicable law.

8. No guaranteed outcomes

We do not guarantee any particular star rating, ranking, review count, lead volume, revenue, customer response, search placement, or removal of a review. Public platforms, reviewers, competitors, and search systems are outside our control.

9. Third-party platforms

The service depends on third-party systems such as Google, GrowthHub365/HighLevel, Stripe, Cloudflare, and other service providers. Their outages, policy changes, API limitations, account suspensions, review removals, or other actions may affect the service. ReviewTended is not responsible for third-party platform decisions that are outside our reasonable control.

10. Fees, billing, and cancellation

The standard service is billed monthly at the price shown at checkout for each subscribed location or service unit. Subscriptions renew automatically until canceled. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, there is no long-term commitment. Cancellation stops future renewals but does not reverse services already performed or charges already incurred, except where required by law or expressly agreed.

11. Reputational risk acknowledgement

You acknowledge that responding publicly to reviews can create both positive and negative reactions, and that any public communication may be quoted, shared, misunderstood, criticized, or affect customer perception. You authorize ReviewTended to perform the service within your selected approval settings and accept the ordinary reputational risks inherent in authorized public review management.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReviewTended will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, goodwill, business opportunity, rankings, expected savings, or reputation, arising from or related to the service, even if advised that such damages are possible. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ReviewTended's aggregate liability arising from the service will not exceed the greater of (a) $1,000 or (b) the fees actually paid by the client to ReviewTended during the six months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for willful or wanton misconduct where applicable.

13. Client indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold ReviewTended and WestlingOS harmless from third-party claims, damages, and reasonable costs arising from (a) content, factual assertions, materials, or instructions supplied by you; (b) your lack of authority to connect or manage a profile; (c) your unlawful or deceptive review practices; or (d) your breach of these Terms. This obligation does not require you to indemnify ReviewTended for claims caused solely by ReviewTended's own willful misconduct.

14. Disclaimer of warranties

Except for any express commitments stated in these Terms, the service is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not warrant uninterrupted platform availability or that every AI-generated response will be error-free. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to provide the managed service according to the selected approval and escalation rules.

15. Security and confidentiality

We will use commercially reasonable safeguards for client account information in our control. You agree to use supported authorization methods and not send passwords or other unnecessary credentials. No internet-connected system can be guaranteed completely secure.

16. Suspension and termination

We may suspend automation or publication when we detect unusual risk, uncertain authorization, platform problems, nonpayment, suspected unlawful activity, or a material breach of these Terms. Either party may end a month-to-month service prospectively, subject to charges already incurred.

17. Disputes and governing law

Before filing a formal claim, the parties agree to make a good-faith attempt to resolve the dispute through written notice and direct discussion for at least 30 days. These Terms are governed by Colorado law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Unless the parties agree otherwise or applicable law requires a different forum, disputes will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in Jefferson County, Colorado. Either party may use an eligible small-claims proceeding.

18. Changes

We may update these Terms prospectively as the service, law, or platform requirements change. Material changes will apply no earlier than the next renewal period unless required sooner by law or necessary to address security or platform compliance.

19. Contact

Questions or legal notices may be sent to hello@westlingos.com.

Important: These Terms are intended as a practical B2B risk-control document. They are not a substitute for advice from a Colorado attorney and should be reviewed by counsel as ReviewTended grows or begins serving higher-risk industries.
